Description
The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) purchases health care for more than 2.5 million Washington residents through Washington Apple Health (Medicaid), Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB), School Employee Benefits board (SEBB), and COFA Islander Health Care programs. We work with partners to help ensure Washingtonians have access to better health and better care at a lower cost.
