Dr. Tracy Stroud, DO, is a board-certified developmental-behavioral pediatrician and serves as the Division Director of Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics at the University of Missouri School of Medicine. She practices at the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment in Columbia, Missouri. Dr. Stroud earned her medical degree from Midwestern University in Illinois and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Missouri. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Stroud is actively involved in medical education and mentorship. She contributes to several ECHO programs, including those focused on child psychiatry, sleep, and Head Start, and is engaged with Missouri’s First Steps program.
