Piece by Piece was founded in Lebanon, IN, in February 2019 by BCBA and lifelong Indiana resident Meghann Mitchell.The Lebanon clinic quickly grew, and a second location in Frankfort, IN, opened in October 2019. After discussions with other clinicians and families in her hometown of Lafayette, IN, Meg partnered with Scot Raub, Seth Parker, and Steve Kyburz to open the Lafayette clinic in November 2019 and the Monticello clinic in September 2020.
