Dr. Julia Jackson is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with 23 years of clinical experience. She is double board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and General Psychiatry, and is a retired Colonel from the United States Air Force. She’s held several clinical, academic, and leadership positions including Department Chair for the Air Force’s largest Mental Health Clinic, Psychiatry Consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General, Medical/Surgical Squadron Commander, Psychiatry Training Director, and Medical Director for both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, all while consistently providing outstanding clinical care for her patients. She is a compassionate psychiatrist with a big heart and a natural ability to connect with others. When not at work Dr. Jackson enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and taking care of her horses.
