The Eastern Shore Children’s Clinic, ESCC, was founded in 1976 as a group practice of board certified pediatricians. Our goal is to provide you with the best and most current pediatric care in Baldwin County with offices in Fairhope and Spanish Fort. We offer all primary care needs for children and adolescents birth through high school graduation. We strive to provide excellent medical care in a loving environment with a focus on development and the family.
