Dr. Chelsea Oswald

Chelsea Grimsley Oswald, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Oswald completed her undergraduate studies at Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology. She continued her education at The Citadel Graduate College where she received her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling. During her graduate training at The Citadel Graduate College, she completed clinical rotations at College of Charleston’s Counseling Center and the Dee Norton Lowcountry Children’s Center. Following completion of her Master’s degree, she was employed at Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health as a therapist on the child and adolescent inpatient unit.
