Compass Wellness Centre is a life coaching experience where we will explore your future life possibilities. We create a safe non-judgmental space to share your inner feelings, goals, aspirations.I am a Professional Certified Life Coach & Recovery Coach. I have worked with Maryland State Agencies, local public schools, places of worship, and local nonprofits such as “1 Year to Empowerment” mentoring our youth for 20+ years. My goal is to help you navigate to a better you! It is my hope that we develop a coach-client relationship that is both impactful and rewarding.
