​Dr. Juan Luis Castro Cordoba, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry, with over two decades of experience in the field. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Colombia in 2001 and subsequently completed a general psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Castro further specialized by completing a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Yale University, where he also served as Chief Resident .​Throughout his career, Dr. Castro has held significant clinical and leadership roles, including serving as the Medical Director of Child and Adolescent Services and Director of Telemedicine Programs at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Children’s Hospital. His professional focus encompasses a range of areas such as anxiety disorders, ADHD, neuropsychology, and the innovative application of telehealth services .​
