Capable Classroom

The Capable Classroom™ is an initiative by Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) located at 525 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. This program offers a suite of Tier 1 and Tier 2 interventions designed to be implemented at the classroom level, promoting inclusivity and supporting both typical and non-typical students. The activities are structured with easy-to-follow instructions, enabling aides, parent volunteers, and paraprofessionals to facilitate them, allowing teachers to focus on other priorities. The goals of The Capable Classroom™ include promoting inclusivity, managing therapy caseloads and costs, reducing overidentification and disproportionality, and assisting more students at the classroom level to minimize unnecessary referrals.
